Now in present day, Elizabeth has again stumbled upon Dace and Ethan but this time it has become all out war between the Romans. But as time progresses, Elizabeth loses sight of the reason behind her anger and questions her feelings for Dace. Until she is forced into a corner and must rely on a man she wished she never met... Kai. He becomes a constant in Elizabeth's life as the war comes closer but Elizabeth must make a decision of who to trust or choose. Kai or Dace? Tall, Dark, and Handsome vs. "Sweet" Bad Boy? Who would you choose?

Here is a peek into a book that I am currently writing called Life of Elizabeth Roman:

1. Story Unfolds

One night, it was pitch black. She moved through the dead silence of the school with all the kids sleeping near the gym with the teachers nearby. She smiled and as she did, her fangs grew and shined. She knew that the boys were in one classroom and that the girls in another. You are probably wondering who this she is, well her name is… Emma Roman. Emma was a young looking girl, but her dirty little secret is that she is nearly 336 years old. She lived in Italy for about 17 years until she “visited family” but came back different. Emma doesn’t really know exactly who turned her, but she does remember how it felt when she was turned. Not many people know the whole story of what happened to her, but I, on the other know everything about her. She was born in 1659 and then turned in 1676, but me; on the other hand, nobody knows much about, not even my little sister… I am Emma’s older sister. I’m nearly 338 years older and was born in 1657 and turned in 1674. I was 19 years old when I was turned into a vampire. Unlike my baby sister, I am not ashamed or afraid of what I am. She is foolish and does not drink human blood well fresh blood that is. She drinks blood bags to stay under control, but that is all about to change on this very night. The thing is, about me and my sister is that we aren’t regular vampires. We, how could you say it; have learned how to control all four elements… Air, Fire, Earth, and Water. Some say she learned the elements first, but those people didn’t live long enough to tell others. It was I, Elizabeth, who learned all 4 elements first; I was the first female vampire to be able to control all 4 elements. Well enough about me… Let’s get back to how this very night changed mine and my little sister’s lives forever. As my little sister, Emma, was walking down the hall, she stopped and lifted her head to the ceiling and sniffed. She indeed was hungry, but tried to resist and failed. She followed that wonderful scent that increased her blood lust. She turned right at the end of the corridor and walked straight ahead. She reached there in 3 seconds, but those 3 seconds were too long though. Fire started crackling around her fingers and her mouth opened to reveal her two long fangs. As she read the sign Boys Sleeping Area Only, she started to laugh softly. As her tongue licked her fangs clean, she thought about how the sign made no difference to her. She moved her palms upward and faced it palms up. Fire crackled and spit on the doorknob, slowly melting it and the door creaked open. The door swung open and stayed still, although Emma did not. The perk about being a vampire is the speed and the way you can move undetected. As my baby sister started walking forward her red highlights were starting to show and her hair started to stand up. Her clothes changed as well. As a warning from the more experienced one, when you use one of the elements your appearance tends to change. As my sister’s transformation continued, her hunger increased. In front of her were two teenage boys, one was 17 years old and the other was 19 years old. They too are Romans but we aren’t related in any way. The 17 year old, Ethan had brown hair and the older one, Dace, had jet black hair. Her mouth started to water and her fangs grew a tiny bit… As that happened, her appearance changed back to her normal black attire. Emma then started walking towards the 17 year old, Ethan, and she slowly started to bend down next to him. Her mouth was in a smile as she breathed in the scent of his blood and her fangs glimmered. She bent down to his neck…
